Refund Policy

BoostBay.com provides risk-free e-commerce and marketing services. To ensure optimum customer satisfaction, we have outlined the rules and procedures under which you can receive a full refund.

How will we deposit funds into your account? When we initiate and agree on a money-back agreement, our finance department will begin the process, which will take at least 6 to 8 working days to refund in your credit or PayPal account.

1) Marketing and E-commerce Services (Category)

If any of the following situations occur, the refund policy will be rendered ineffective:

  • If you have purchased one of our packages or special deals, you will not be able to get your money back in full.
  • You will not be able to claim the money if you have previously accepted our e-commerce or marketing services.
  • If you engage another firm while we are working on your marketing, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have approved more than two marketing and e-commerce services, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
  • If BoostBay.com discontinued the service or package for an unrelated cause.
  • If you have purchased any bespoke marketing or e-commerce packages and have not been able to speak with us within 6 weeks, please contact us.
  • If there is any misbehavior or wrongdoing in the project manager's communication. The firm will not issue a full refund.

Legal Rights Agreement

  • BoostBay owns all service and package designs developed for a single client. "BoostBay" will retain no rights to the service material provided for a client.
  • BoostBay” shall not be held liable for logo and trademark registrations made for our clients. A customer has complete ownership of their product and trademark created/produced by BoostBay.
  • If a client's payment is denied by their merchant or bank, all services produced by BoostBay will become an asset of BoostBay until the payment issue is rectified.
  • BoostBay will retain ownership of the service until the client has paid in full for the package he has ordered.
  • (Rare Event) If BoostBay’s packages or services seem comparable to any other company's services or packages, BoostBay will supply an entirely new set of logo designs to their customer free of charge.
  • Once the files are delivered to the client, BoostBay will no longer own the client's logo design.
  • BoostBay will retain the right to use the logo design on its website for promotional purposes.

2) (Category) Website Design Services

  • After depositing to BoostBay.com, the consumer can request a full refund within 24 hours.
  • Money will be refunded in full only if our team has not begun work on the client project.
  • If our customer submitted all the information necessary to begin a design job and subsequently requests a refund, they will be entitled to 75% of the entire fee.
  • Once the design work is completed and delivered to our client, the 100% money back guarantee will no longer be applicable.
  • BoostBay.com has the right to accept or reject proposals. Before making a transaction, we ask that our customers brief us. If they make a purchase without first communicating with us, they will be ineligible for a 100% payment claim.
